Catalog of the exhibition of Chinese painting and calligraphy drawn from the Chih Lo Lou Collection. The 80 works displayed date mostly from the 15th to the 19th century, shedding light on the artistic development of China from the mid-Ming to the mid-Qing period. Highlighted in this collection are works by important artists including the Four Ming Masters, Dong Qichang, the early Qing Orthodox Masters, and six of the Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou.
