Art Media Resources, Inc., welcomes orders from individual customers. You can place an order online via our secure server or send an order by fax.
Online via Secure Server
Here are the steps to place an order online:
- After you have added items in your shopping cart, made changes and are ready to check out, click Secure Checkout
- Signing in. If you are a new customer, enter your email address and choose New Customers. If you are an existing customer, enter your email address and password.
- Enter your shipping address. If the shipping address is the same as shipping address, click "this address is also my billing address"
- Choose your preferred shipping methods.
- Provide method of payment. New customers can choose his/her password here.
- Finalize and submit your order. After reviewing all information, click Place Your Order. You will receive an email confirmation within one hour. To find out the progress of your order, visit myAccount link.
Print & Fax Order
- After you have added items in your shopping cart, made changes and are ready to check out, click Print Order
- Our web site displays your order with a blank form for you to fill out billing, shipping and payment information.
- After completing the form, fax your order to 312-663-5177
- By choosing Print & Fax Order, you will not be registered online. If you have any questions about orders by fax or mail, please send an email to email@example.com.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks or money orders in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order.
We accept library orders online, email, or mailed-in purchase order. If you order electronically, please include your purchase order or reference numbers with the message. No pre-payment is necessary.

Shipping & Handling
Free Shipping in the USA
International (including Canada): US$37.00 first book and $9.95 each additional title.
Express Shipping Service:
Express Service for both USA and International: $25.00 in addition to standard shipping charge. This $25.00 fee will cover ONE entire order of books available at the time of order, regardless of the number of copies. We require street address and daytime telephone number for Express Service. We cannot ship to PO boxes or Military addresses for this service.
Estimated delivery time:
USA & Canada address: 5-10 business days (UPS or other ground service)
Overseas address: 7-20 days (Priority Mail)
For customers who choose Express Service, a flat fee of US$25.00 will be added per one complete order.
Express Service USA & Canada: 1-2 business days
Express Service Overseas: 3-5 business days (DHL Worldwide Express)
If you are not satisfied with the order received, you may return the shipment within two weeks after receipt of your order for a full refund.
If the return is the result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping cost. Books returned must be in original condition. We cannot accept damaged or shelf-worn items.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Privacy & Security
Art Media Resources Inc. only collects information that you give us during your shopping visit. This includes your name, billing and shipping address, books you've purchased or added to your wish list, payment method, credit card type, credit card number, and expiration date. Your information will be kept strictly confidential.
We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
You can use myAccount section to change your personal information, including email address, password, billing and shipping address, and payment information.
If you wish to save items for purchase at a later date, you can save them by clicking Add to Wish List. You can access them later by using myAccount.
